Job summary

Titeflex seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead the new product development of hose and couplings, from concept through design, analysis, validation testing, and production handoff. You will work with purchasing and manufacturing on materials and production issues, and with sales to provide technical support.

This hands‑on role involves prototyping, testing, and data analysis of new products. Travel to customer applications to identify current and future opportunities, with project ownership.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Strong mechanical inclination with hands-on design mindset.
• Proven ability to apply analytical methods to design and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and engineering rigor.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties including product development, support, and sales assistance.
• Analyze engineering data for new or modified products.
• Develop product assembly methods and document specifications.
• Modify designs to meet customer requirements and improve existing products.
• Use CAD to prepare drawings, calculations, and specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing on production feasibility, tooling, and costs.
