• Experience developing conceptual estimates, detailed estimates, budgets, and GMP proposals
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor procurement, and estimating software

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for manufacturing, production, facility expansion, and related projects.
• Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, GMP proposals, and cost models.
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, architects, trade partners, and project teams.
