Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of estimating experience, including preparation of complete estimates.
Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and developing scope of work.
Understanding of construction systems, materials, labor, and equipment costs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and estimating/takeoff tools.
Ability to collaborate across teams and support bid and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates.
Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications.
Evaluate project risks and opportunities.
Build comprehensive cost models for project outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers, operations leaders, trade partners, designers, and clients through the pursuit lifecycle.
