Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Manager II for industrial construction in Appleton, WI. You will lead projects from inception to closeout, coordinating with clients, engineers, and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring seven or more years of industrial construction experience, a four-year degree in engineering or CM, and a strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Seven plus years of construction experience, with industrial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods; translates plans to field.
• Clear and effective communicator able to collaborate with craft professionals, leadership, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with accountability.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and trade partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure safety and minimize disruption to ongoing operations on industrial sites.
