Job summary

The Boldt Company is hiring an Onsite Construction Project Manager for the GM Plant in Arlington, TX. You will lead multiple industrial projects from concept through completion, coordinating with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a four-year engineering or construction management degree and 5–7 years of related experience, with proficiency in 0365 Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree is required.
• Five to seven years of related experience in construction.
• Valid driver's license may be required; MVR checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with superintendents and field staff.
• Partner with subcontractors and client stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial projects.
