Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost control, while managing client relationships and coordinating across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners to ensure strict adherence to codes and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a construction project manager in industrial or mechanical construction.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined EPC projects up to $50M.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedule, safety, quality, and client relations.
• Experience reading specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and coordination across internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ownership of project financials and the ability to evaluate costs and benefits for decision making.
• Define project organization, roles, and resource requirements; adjust throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes with client and team.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage performance and HR-related matters.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and act as the company spokesperson.
