Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to design and implement strategic logistics solutions for HomeGoods/HomeSense distribution centers. You will lead a team of IE Managers, develop engineered standards, and report labor performance with WMS data interfaces.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with 25%–75% travel across multiple DC locations in the US. Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and project management experience in industrial engineering.
• Experience maintaining labor standards and WMS data interfaces.
• Willingness to travel 25%-75%.
• Certified in standard data work measurement techniques (MOST, MTM, MSD, Ease, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-6 IE Managers and set departmental goals.
• Develop and evaluate engineered standards and labor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Engineering and DC Management; travel to sites.
• Analyze and optimize HomeGoods/HomeSense DC network and layouts.
