Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA seeks an experienced Engineering Leader to own labor standards and capacity modeling for our store fleet.

You will drive productivity and customer experience improvements by applying rigorous work measurement and flow optimization across receiving, backroom, and front-end operations. You will partner with Workforce Management, Store Design, Construction, and Finance to translate engineering rigor into actionable business cases, develop equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in an engineering leadership capacity.
• 10+ years industrial engineering experience in distribution/retail environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of IE and IT systems used for time & motion studies.
• Strong presentation and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of labor standards across in-store activities.
• Apply time study, work sampling, and regression modeling to build defensible standards.
• Establish governance processes for documentation and version control.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to align standards with forecasting and scheduling.
