Qualifications

• BS in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Strong data literacy with ETL, SQL, and data modeling.
• Ability to create dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, lead times, and cycle times to identify improvements.
• Develop solutions to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Optimize facility layout for better flow and space use.
• Assist with new construction projects and layout input.
• Develop tools to scale production and support shop floor.
• Create scheduling tools aligning SAP/MRP with capacity constraints.
• Use Power BI to develop performance visuals and document changes.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, analytics, and data science teams.
• Guide digital transformation with agile methodologies.
