Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Professional Engineer License in Industrial and Systems, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Must be able to obtain Professional Engineer License in OR, ID, and NY at start of employment
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor fab design, manufacturing, or closely related field
• Ability to travel globally 5% to 15% of the time
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Data analysis experience using MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of industrial engineering professionals to design and support state‑of‑the‑art semiconductor facilities
• Support the development of the base build factory design and coordinate requirements with clients, subcontractors, project management, and Jacobs’ disciplines
• Validate utility planning and optimize equipment layouts considering all aspects of a fully operational facility
