Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems.
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.
• Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components (switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS).
• Experience with power system modeling software, preferably ETAP.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects or areas within a larger project, owning schedules and technical quality.
• Coordinate across disciplines and with clients.
• Potential on-site/start-up assistance and field support.
• Produce detailed electrical deliverables (installation details, wiring diagrams, layouts, schedules, and power, lighting and grounding plans).
