Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks an Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product, to optimize manufacturing and operations using DFMA, Lean, and Six Sigma across multiple sites. The role drives strategic initiatives, improves productivity, and sets standards for other engineers to follow.

The position emphasizes time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization, with collaboration on product design and NPIs. Travel to Excellerate facilities is required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Remote role with travel to Excellerate facilities up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization and simulation-based flow analysis.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA and tolerance analysis.
• Lead NPI industrialization, including layouts and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and KPI development.
• Champion safety and ergonomic compliance in all designs.
