Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer-Lead to shape future manufacturing systems. You will lead a cross-functional team delivering scalable processes that improve cost, quality, and delivery. The role emphasizes problem solving, change management and mentorship.

You will design end-to-end operations, model capacity and throughput, and apply DFMA to influence product design while coordinating NPI industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education as specified in the posting.
7+ years in Industrial or Operations Engineering.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to Excellerate locations.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Lead a team on time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling and throughput.
Develop standard work, labor models and ergonomic solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints to eliminate waste.
Build simulation, flow and capacity models for data-driven decisions.
Lead NPI industrialization including layouts and ramp-up strategies.
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and KPI development.
