Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Advanced Industrial Engineer-Lead to shape scalable, efficient manufacturing systems and lead a cross-functional team across our Excellerate locations. You will influence cost, quality, and delivery to support growth and competitive performance.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, data-driven decisions, and change leadership. It is remote with travel to Excellerate sites up to 25% and a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, and NPI execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial or operations engineering experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25% annually to Excellerate locations.
• Remote role with travel to Excellerate locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes.
• Lead a team focusing on time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data-driven decisions.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
