Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Remote role with travel to Excellerate facilities up to 25%.
• Work 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes.
• Lead time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, flow optimization.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to eliminate waste.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI Justifications.
• Influence product design through DFMA and tolerance analysis.
• Lead NPI industrialization, layouts, material flow, and ramp-up.
• Drive continuous improvement via Kaizen events and KPI development.
• Champion safety and OSHA/ISO compliance in designs and layouts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
