Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product to optimize complex manufacturing and operational systems across sites.

You will apply DFMA, time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and simulation to drive data-driven decisions that improve productivity, quality, cost, and safety. This role leads cross-functional projects, deploys lean methodologies, and helps set standards that other engineers follow while supporting new product introductions and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Remote role with travel to Excellerate facilities up to 25%.
• Hours 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Champion safety and ergonomic compliance (OSHA and applicable ISO standards) in all process and layout designs.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
