Faith Technologies seeks an Advanced Industrial Engineer-Lead to design scalable and resilient manufacturing systems, shaping future operations. • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering
• Travel: remote role with travel to Excellerate locations up to 25% annually.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead a team focusing on time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models for data-driven decisions.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and KPI development.
