Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support final assembly and test operations by analyzing and improving production flow, cycle times, and equipment utilization. You will partner with engineering and operations to identify constraints, analyze data, and implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in IE or related field and experience in manufacturing, with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree/ related experience.
• Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Experience analyzing production data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage assignments and collaborate across functional teams.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production flow, process cycle times, equipment utilization, capacity, and overall operational performance.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify constraints and implement improvements.
• Apply Industrial Engineering fundamentals to understand how work moves through assembly and test processes.
