Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support Test Operations by analyzing and improving production flow, cycle times, and equipment utilization. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to identify constraints and implement data-driven improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience with data analysis, and strong communication skills, with US citizenship

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience applying IE or process-improvement principles.
Experience collecting, analyzing data for decisions.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Analyze production flow and process cycle times in test operations.
Identify constraints and implement improvements to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
