Job summary

Tes Recruiting partners with an established manufacturer in the Alliance, TX area to fill a Senior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer role focused on capacity planning and new product introduction. The role drives alignment of production capabilities with upcoming launches and cross-functional readiness across sites.

You will supervise a Production Engineer and collaborate with engineering, operations, materials, and production planning teams while supporting fabrications and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Manufacturing environment experience with process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of materials planning systems and how capacity, resources, and scheduling connect.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical production plans.
• Familiar with manufacturing machinery, equipment, and fabrication processes.
• Strong communication/presentation skills across departments and facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CAD.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and occasional weekend/off-shift support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with S&OP and capacity planning to align capabilities with projects and launches.
• Support new product introductions via resource planning, facility selection, and integration.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations across multiple facilities for new products.
• Improve workflows with materials and operations to boost efficiency.
• Directly supervise a Production Engineer and coordinate project staff.
• Lead continuous improvement, create metrics, and share best practices across sites.
• Support development and implementation of new fabrication processes.
• Develop standardized work procedures, documentation, and training.
