Job summary

Integra is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Houston to support the transition of new products into production and ensure scalable manufacturing readiness. You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to validate processes and ensure manufacturability.

You will lead NPI activities, plan FOK builds, and drive manufacturing readiness through MRRs, process validation, and capacity planning in a data center-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrialization or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience enabling manufacturing readiness and product launches.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with NPI and FOK builds.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction and transition products to manufacturing.
• Plan and execute First-of-a-Kind builds and launch activities.
• Support Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and address gaps.
• Develop manufacturing requirements, BOMs, and routings.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
• Identify risks and drive actions to production readiness.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and facility needs to scale production.
• Support factory layouts, flow, automation, and facility planning.
• Coordinate Make vs. Buy, TCO, PFEP, supplier readiness initiatives.
