The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead capacity and capability planning across a global manufacturing network. The role requires analyzing capacity, planning expansions, and supporting new facility launches with significant travel across multiple sites.

You will build demand-to-capacity models, assess manufacturing readiness, identify bottlenecks, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Extensive experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership using data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain site, process, equipment, and enterprise capacity models.
• Translate demand, product mix, cycle times, staffing, and OEE into capacity requirements.
• Conduct capability assessments across facilities, equipment, tooling, labor, processes, and infrastructure.
• Identify bottlenecks, constraints, and operational risks across fabrication, assembly, testing, warehousing, and material handling.
• Create scenarios for growth, capacity expansion, and site selection; support capital planning.
• Establish standardized methodologies for capacity planning, utilization modeling, and constraint analysis.
• Perform line balancing, labor planning, throughput analysis, and WIP analysis.
• Recommend debottlenecking, capital investments, automation, and footprint optimization.
• Validate assumptions against actual performance; maintain long-range roadmaps.
