Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years IE experience in large-scale manufacturing
• 8+ years leadership of cross-functional or cross-regional teams
• Overseas plant setup or global operations experience
• Strong cross-cultural communication and budgeting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead new plant setup, achieve IE milestones on schedule
• Plan capacity, line balancing, and cycle time analyses
• Implement SFCS/MES workflows and SOPs for NPI to mass production
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma, deploy smart manufacturing
• Standardize across sites, optimize costs and metrics
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to remove bottlenecks
• Drive OEE and manage budgeting and headcount
• Lead IE teams to meet annual goals and deliverables
• Define IE roadmaps, mentor engineers, review docs
