Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; basic simulation skills.
- Experience in facility layout, capacity planning, and lean methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes, layouts, material handling, and labor use.
- Lead projects for equipment installation, relocation, and workflow redesign.
- Develop labor and capacity models for global golf ball manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity gains, and safety.
- Perform data-driven analysis and report findings to stakeholders.
