Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes, facility layouts, and labor utilization across manufacturing and distribution. You will lead equipment installations, relocations, and workflow redesigns while building capacity models for global golf ball production.

Applicants should have 5+ years in IE, proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office, and a strong background in lean methods, time studies, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering discipline required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Proficient in the use of computers and engineering software.
• Experience with facility layout design and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning and capacity analysis.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, process simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving equipment installation, relocation, and workflow redesign.
• Develop labor and capacity models for global golf ball manufacturing.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity gains, and operational improvements.
• Support East Coast manufacturing and distribution teams.
• Use data-driven analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations.
