You will optimize production processes, layouts, material handling, and labor utilization, leading projects from installation through redesign to boost productivity and reduce costs.

This role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable operations to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Proficient with computers and engineering software.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, crawl, and climb for extended periods.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with facility layout design and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning and capacity analysis.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, process simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cost analysis, modeling, and operational efficiency assessment skills.
• Expertise in line balancing, staffing analysis, and workstation design.
• Experience conducting time studies and applying work measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and production simulation methods.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of ergonomics, human factors, and workplace safety principles.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on productivity, quality, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving equipment installation, relocation, and workflow redesign.
• Develop labor and capacity models for global manufacturing; identify cost reductions and productivity gains.
