DSV - Global transport and logistics in the USA is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer, CIP Engineering, to design and implement standard contract logistics processes and drive continuous performance improvements across multifaceted operations.

The role leads cross-functional teams, supports new client implementations, and ensures alignment of processes with LEAN/Six Sigma principles while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) environment.
• Prior leadership positions directing Logistics Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics; proficiency in MS Office with Excel, Access and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Track projects and provide communication to engineering leadership.
• Analyze workflows across inbound, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and VAS processes.
• Develop ROI business cases for recommended projects involving process, system, or technology change.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors during implementations.
• Educate and train interns/Co-ops as needed.
