Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to design and implement standard contract logistics processes and drive continuous performance improvement. You will support new and expanding business implementations and lead vendors during the physical solution rollout.

The role involves maintaining financial and engineering metrics to meet goals, and may include mentoring interns/Co-ops within a dynamic, global logistics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degreein Industrial Engineeringrequired or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) environment.
• Prior leadership positions directing Logistics Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in CI and logistics engineering.
• Develop and implement project activities plans and timelines, coordinate subcontractors and field service personnel.
• Provide guidance and training to interns/Co-ops.
