Job summary

DSV in the USA is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to design and implement contract logistics processes and drive continuous performance improvements. The engineer may support new client implementations and contribute to facility layout and equipment selection for optimal operations.

The role will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and develop ROI analyses while maintaining financial metrics. On-site work is required with relocation to Monroe Township, NJ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) environment.
• Prior leadership positions directing Logistics Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment

Responsibilities

• Design and implement common contract logistics processes and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Lead and manage vendors during the physical implementation of solutions.
• Develop logistics engineering strategies with engineering leadership.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and ROI business cases for projects.
