Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in industrial engineering or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage projects and communicate findings clearly with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industrial engineering, supply chain operations, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution network initiatives, including automation and material handling projects.
• Lead data-driven process improvements and labor models; develop activity-based costing.
• Collaborate across functions and sites; conduct time studies and workflow analyses.
• Assist warehouse management system implementations and system testing.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and support vendor engagements.
