RTX is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer in McKinney, TX to support the Surveillance portfolio. You will model factory operations, analyze throughput, and apply Six Sigma/Lean to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery.

The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams and project management for factory enhancements. Qualified candidates have a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with DoD clearance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, capacity modeling, facility design or process optimization.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain ATF clearance.

Responsabilités

• Model factory operations with process flows, value streams, and diagrams to show production processes and KPIs.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Lead roadmaps and investment strategies for infrastructure and new products.
