Responsibilities

• Applies industrial engineering concepts to meet program requirements.
• Develops plant layouts, capacity plans, and workflows.
• Evaluates new techniques for integration into production.
• Designs and optimizes the production system across design, facilities, and personnel.
• Develops models and data analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Implements processes to improve schedule performance, cost, and quality.
• Creates operations plans including budgeting and forecasting.
• Supports execution planning with project management and scheduling.
