Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Industrial Engineer to support the MQ-25 program in the St. Louis region. The role focuses on applying industrial engineering concepts to optimize production systems, layouts, capacity, and workflows.

Responsibilities include designing integrated production systems, workflow analysis, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve cost, schedule, and quality. Relocation is available for eligible candidates on 1st shift.

Qualifications

5+ years work experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of experience and education.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
Experience partnering with multiple functions in an integrator/lead role and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Designs, maintains, and optimizes production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment and personnel.
Conducts workflow design and analysis to improve efficiency and quality.
Develops models and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics for leaders and customers.
Researches and implements processes to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Prepares operations plans including budgeting, capacity analysis, and production change management.
Supports execution planning through project management, scheduling and shop load practices.
Ensures compliance with safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines.
