Job summary

Komline-Sanderson, a leading provider of engineered separation solutions, is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in Peapack, NJ. The role focuses on Lean manufacturing, productivity, capacity optimization, and cost reduction across our manufacturing operations.

You will mentor engineers, develop KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leadership to drive continuous improvement and capital project justification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Analyze production processes, labor utilization, material flow, and facility layouts to improve efficiency and throughput
• Develop and implement manufacturing standards, labor standards, and capacity models
• Lead Value Stream Mapping exercises and identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve process flow
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, 5S, visual management, and standard work implementation
• Evaluate production bottlenecks and develop sustainable solutions to improve operational performance
• Lead facility layout and workflow optimization projects to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on industrial engineering best practices
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirement
