You will drive quality improvements, reduce process variation, and ensure products meet customer expectations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• CQE certification or ASQ coursework preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing quality/QA/QA engineering.
• Experience with SPC and sampling plans.

Responsibilities

• Support QA and continuous improvement across Custom Ball and Packaging Ops.
• Drive quality improvements, reduce variation and defects.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations and engineering teams.
• Analyze quality data using SPC and report findings.
• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and audits.
