Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license with 7+ years in industrial engineering.
• Experience with lean principles and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Develop ergonomic solutions to reduce injuries and improve productivity.
• Conduct time studies and data analysis to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement systems to improve quality, inventory, and productivity.
• Oversee engineers and technicians on large projects.
• Design and optimize work areas and layouts for efficiency.
