Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimization knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.
• Identify waste, non-value-added activities, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain value stream maps, process flow diagrams, and standard work documentation.
• Lead employee training and mentor team members on process improvements and standard work.
• Design and optimize factory layouts using DraftSight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
