Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to own and scale enterprise labor standards, defining time-study methodologies and building a centralized, defensible standards repository. You will ensure integration with MES and drive standards through NPI, pilot, and production stages in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.

The role requires leading time-study initiatives, mentoring engineers, and navigating engineering changes to keep labor content accurate and actionable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining labor standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience integrating labor standards with MES, ERP, or production planning systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation including work instructions and drawings.
• Track record of building tools and processes adopted across an organization.
• U.S. Person with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise labor standards capability as a long-lived, foundational asset.
• Define time study methodologies and observation protocols.
• Design and deploy standardized tools, templates, and formats for time study execution.
• Establish a centralized labor standards repository with governance.
• Own integration between labor standards and MES for production planning and scheduling.
• Lead high-stakes time studies and mentor embedded IEs.
