Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years in industrial engineering in a supervisory role.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with growth experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of teams and end-to-end manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial engineering team from prototyping to large-scale production.
• Develop and execute concepts for new manufacturing facilities and scale.
• Design production lines and layouts using data-driven methods.
• Drive continuous improvement for cost, quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Ops.
• Ensure safety, environmental, ergonomic, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Maintain capacity plans, line layouts, CapEx plans, staffing and time standards.
• Provide training programs and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.
