Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with labor standards, layouts, simulation, or related tracks.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable industrial engineering systems across production sites.
• Establish labor standards and work measurement integrated into MES.
• Design 2D/3D factory layouts and optimized material flow.
• Develop DES models and Python/SQL data pipelines for capacity testing.
• Bridge data to operations, partnering with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and QA.
