KnitWell Group is seeking a Manager, Industrial Engineering to drive operational excellence at our Etna, OH distribution center. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze data, and partner with facility leadership to boost productivity, quality, and safety.

You will develop dashboards, build business cases for capital investments, and mentor clerks while collaborating with Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to scale best practices across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Industrial Engineering, CI, Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into business insights.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Influence decisions across levels without direct authority.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across the distribution center.
• Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Champion continuous improvement with Lean principles.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Ops teams.
• Supervise DC Clerks and ensure accurate reporting.
