lululemon seeks an Industrial Engineer II to support the Distribution Center Operations under the Global Engineering team. The role centers on creating accurate process standards, measuring performance, and enabling continuous improvement across inbound/outbound flows and automated material handling.

You will work with cross-functional partners to analyze data, develop efficient layouts, and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-8 years minimum of relevant experience with Supply Chain operations.
• Strong MS Office skills and SQL/AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience with work measurement programs and MHE specification.

Responsabilidades

• Open communication from DC Operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Forecast inbound/outbound volume, DC KPI metrics, and fulfillment roadmap.
• Access key reporting systems to mine data and recommend improvements.
• Develop engineered production standards with DC Operations.
• Evaluate new design layouts and throughput for mid-level MHE automation.
• Track KPIs and share best practices across DCs.
• Provide technical support and training to maximize productivity.
