Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, seeks a Manager, Industrial Engineering to lead continuous improvement across the Distribution Center in Greencastle, IN. You will partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities, analyze performance data, and drive productivity, quality, service, safety, and associate engagement.

You will leverage Lean methodologies, develop dashboards, and manage cross-functional projects, shaping strategy with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering required.
• 5+ years in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operations Analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, service, safety, and associate experience.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance to drive improvements.
