Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing optimization and digital factory design. You will build 3D simulation-based representations of shop floors and supply chains to guide capacity planning and line layouts.

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations, you will drive data-driven decisions, create capacity plans, and lead improvements across new production lines and scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with 3D simulation and/or factory layout design.
• Ability to read technical drawings and process documentation.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capture current processes into a 3D virtual factory model.
• Create feasible shop floor and supply chain schedules.
• Maintain an adaptive digital reference model for future projects.
• Design new production lines and workstation layouts.
• Identify high-variation processes and bottlenecks; drive resolution.
• Translate metrics into actionable improvements for line health.
• Produce capacity plans and staffing allocations.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
