Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, focused on distribution center optimization or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and redesign key operational processes within the distribution center to streamline workflow and drive productivity.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Design and implement efficient workflows with optimal use of technology, equipment, and labor resources.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as SME on documented methods and advise on proposed method changes.
• Lead the Labor Standards Program; maintain standards and be SME on Labor Management System across the network.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, procurement, and IT to align DC operations with goals.
