Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 8+ years of experience or MS/MA with 5+ years; certification is required in some areas.
• Experience in distribution center design, optimization, and data-driven engineering.
• Hybrid role with on-site travel; proficiency with CAD/ERP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of distribution center layouts for space and safety.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, IT, Supply Chain and vendors.
• Develop data-driven solutions for slotting, capacity planning, and material flow.
• Build business cases with cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements to implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Research and apply industry best practices and emerging tech to DC performance.
• Utilize analytics and visualization to communicate insights and support planning.
