The role focuses on layout optimization, slotting, capacity planning, and process improvement, translating analytics into actionable projects and business cases.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; 8+ years experience or MS/MA with 5+ years.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• Experience with layout/design tools and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and optimization of distribution center layouts for space, safety and scalability.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Real Estate, IT, Supply Chain and vendors.
• Develops data-driven slotting, capacity planning, and material flow solutions.
• Builds business cases with cost-benefit analysis and performance metrics.
• Manages project lifecycles from requirements through implementation.
• Drives continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
• Applies industry best practices and emerging technologies to DC performance.
• Uses analytics and visualization to support strategic planning.
• Partners across departments to foster teamwork and accountability.
