Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Databricks).
- Strong data literacy with ETL, SQL, and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Develop and implement process improvements and scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with IT/ERP/data teams to inform planning frameworks.
- Create dashboards and visuals to monitor shop floor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Lead digital transformation efforts using agile methodologies.
- Ensure safety and compliance in process changes.
