Blue Origin is building the Manufacturing Operations Platform to run the factory floor with AI-driven insights. This role embeds with operations teams, owns features end-to-end, and connects machines and data across internal and external systems to enable self-dispatching and learning from each unit produced.

You will work on the digital twin, analytics, and real-time factory model, collaborating across MES, ERP, and PLM ecosystems to unlock scalable manufacturing across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations covering full lifecycle with software systems.
• Direct working experience with quality practices (first-article, in-process, non-conformances, calibration).
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supervising a team executing production work.
• Strong written and verbal communication between operators, engineers, and leadership.
• Experience integrating software systems in manufacturing (MES to ERP, WMS to shipping, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Embed daily with warehouse, assembly, and maintenance teams to identify friction and platform needs.
• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, peer review, and iterate with users.
• Drive factory connectivity: integrate machines, PLCs, HMIs, and process data to the platform.
• Bridge shop floor software with MES, WMS, ERP, MRP, PLM, Workday and related systems.
• Contribute to real-time factory model, digital twin, and analytics layer for decisions.
