Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, business finance-related field or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-operation estimates for FAR-compliant proposals and Cost Management for development contracts.
• Analyze historical actuals and apply learning-curve techniques.
• Build and maintain cost models and conduct trend analysis to forecast production lot estimates.
• Prepare a clear basis-of-estimate (BOE) rationale to support each estimate.
• Complete monthly estimate-at-complete (EAC) assessments and earned value analyses.
• Present data and findings to Production Operations leadership.
